Upstream nix expressions #23

Talking to @alanz we could upstream Nix files to HIE itself and provide faster CI cycles and static binaries.

what about adopting the expression in nixpkgs. What are the blocking points ? should we just wait for HIE to get to hackage ? (I might have asked this before but I don't remember where sorry if that's the case xD)

I think the development of HIE is moving too fast to always depend on other development packages. A question more for https://github.com/haskell/haskell-ide-engine

The blocker for getting hie onto hackage is having a published version of ghc-mod that is usable for hie.

This is receiving attention from @DanielG, I understand, but is a slow process, as the new version will also include new-build support.
