Rework with dataset

Rework the input pipeline to use the new Dataset input method from Tensorflow. Performance in the input pipeline is not as good but :

• it should improve with Tensorflow v1.4 (prefetching with Datasets is coming)
• code is a lot easier to understand and maintain
