9 years ago I'm going to keep it as it is for the following reasons.
1) It's ancillary to NCoC. That is, it's part of the FAQ for extra understanding, it's not an integral part of the code.
2) I prefer the specificity of sending someone an email. Everyone knows how email works, and the notion of "contact" in general can be misconstrued or misunderstood. So I feel it's more practical to simply encourage email contact.
Thank you for your contribution and allowing me to think about it :) And feel free to point out anything else you think doesn't hit the mark.
Email is not always the appropriate method of contact for each community. changing it to the more generic "contact" and "message" means more people can use this document unaltered.
