Almost always have Failed Transactions of Browse Orders in test results #48

Hello Mr. Giles,

While using Charbench to run I/O, there are almost always several failed transactions of Browse Orders are reported in each test results file. I tried to use -debugfine to grab this failure, but still don't have any clues. Would you please help take a look if this is an expected behavior?
