Requirements:

[ ] Every go routine needs a defer and try catch
[ ] Any debugging panics need to be removed
[ ] Any panics we have must not cause a system crash
[ ] Any panic in a go routine should have a channel closure and resource closure

Audit all of the go routines and determine if the steps above apply.
