Wallet improvements - Refactor `updateTransactions` #260

From #239, some feedback was left unresolved to be tackled in follow-up PRs:

Refactor updateTransactions to make it easier to debug and use
Extract UI logic from updateBalance upstream
Avoid unnecessary redef QuaiPayActiveAddressModal component.

This ticket takes the first of them and just does that. The other two are going to be implemented in follow-up PRs
