Translation fix #20

I fixed the English translation, so it works as default language again. I also added the German translation and fixed a bug, if there is a user without preferences.

@alexandermeindl - I also wanted to amend the Polish strings in .en, until I just saw you already did! Thx. Quick question though: isn't Podświetlenie bloków kodu closer to something like Highlighting blocks of code.. versus Redefine Highlight Code Theme?

@uaqben hello, sorry for very very long delay about this issue, thanks for commiting into this repository. I'll have some time in following days and will be able to upgrade several things.

@alexandermeindl thanks for contribution, there is one more thing here to fix - plugin result in error when user is not logged in (some instances do not require that). I'll add this fix too.
