Record Dietary Concern Items for Batches, Ingredients.

We need the information to show on Menus

@dominicberinato So with every ingredient, I will be adding an optional allergens field. That way later the menu can filter out ingredients or menu Items that contain an allergen

@dominicberinato will send in the list of allergens so the system can use them to join
