Windows Server has themes support too, from their client counterparts... if you enable Desktop Experience.
One thing that could be done is, if existing saves exist of the client equivalent of the Server ISO/install, giving the user the option to reuse some Server-Client-shared files from a Client-save to save space when saving the Server ISO's contents for future use in conversions, instead of extracting all files from the Server ISO.
TODO: Would need to add a check for the reused files no longer existing, to force an automatic full Windows Server ISO reextraction to occur.
