Created the initial Android eclipse project targeting a minimum of Android 2.1, Froyo, which will allow 99.1% coverage of current Android devices.

I also added the standard gitignore, and included apk, dex, and the bin directory.

I used Juno, Android SDK rev. 20, and PhoneGap/Cordova 1.9.0, which said jar is found in the lib folder for easy distribution.

Ok looks good. I'll merge this in now. We may end up bumping that min OS version if there are performance issues on the older versions but so far so good; if we did it would be no higher than 2.2, I'd guess.
