Support customisation of definitions folder #7

Starting with a fixed folder name makes sense, but the plug-in should not care about whether the folder name is upper case, lower case, etc. It works if the folder is called definitions but it immediately stops working if it's called Definitions.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll add an option to customise the folder name in subsequent release.
