updated README with some meat #1

I took the liberty to update the README with something more substantial, so people can get a better idea of what the project aims to address. I used our discussion on irc as a base to yield an initial road plan for some of the subsystems. Everything might of course change to something completely different. I thought I'd add this to the master branch right now and we can merge in the web app later when we have something working there.

Hi, Although I agree with all of these points, I don't want to merge this.

Basically, I want each step to do a happy surprise. They should think at first, oh, it's a npm searcher - we have those, oh! this has full text! Then, oh hey! I can install it with npm! Wow! now all my installs area really fast!

I think you get my point - but if you promise all those things, then they will just be disappointed with each feature being not quite as impressive as they imagined.

But! I was thinking to put in the roadmap. (but leaving off the bit about the p2p? - though maybe that could be in the secret docs [aka, in code])
