`--sync` should be a command #38

From having typed npmd sync multiple times it feels more natural for it to be a command since it's something you'll be doing pretty often.

Agree, it's just that it was the first thing I added, and havn't updated that yet. feel free to make a pull request!

this is fixed now, also. it now shows a progress bar and is much more tidy.
