Is there an event triggered at the end of the file ? #18

"end" and "close" events does not work

Ok, my bad, "end" and "close" events work... Sorry

Maybe you can add an example in the doc. I had difficulties to trigger the "close" event until I figured out it was nothing more than a standard ReadStream.
