no way to set the sample rate #1

baudio-party has a configurable sample rate with -r because at 44000 Hz with 8 tracks I get constant under-runs. This makes using voice sound much lower than it should be at the default rates because I can't pass the sample rate as a parameter.

right, I'll have to refactor and make settings like these injectable, also, use an injectable scale, so you can use microtonal scales, or tritaves or whatever. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bohlen%E2%80%93Pierce_scale
