cleanup duplicate code for list records function #164

As discussed in the issue https://github.com/dominikbraun/timetrace/issues/163, changing ListRecords to call the function loadAllRecords as the implementation is the same.

Yes, I'm going to merge this probably later today. I've got quite some issues and PRs open and want to make sure only specific ones go into the following 0.12.0 release. This one will definitely included in 0.12.0.
