Find a better name for the project #22

Before releasing 0.1 and publishing, the project should be renamed to have a name that isn't used by tons of other CLI parsing libraries, and most importantly it should be one that's different from the library it's derived from.

I've chosen to go with wahl, a possible german translation for option. It's short enough to be directly used as a namespace and I was unable to find any other argument parser library with that name.
