Questions about noto sans Licensing #355

To Google manager, 

Hello, I am Byungho Kang who work at Yoon Design Inc., a font company, in 
Korea. 

We get a lot of questions regarding Noto sans project. And the Apache standards 
are uncertain to us. 
Do you have a specific guideline for using fonts? Are both embedding and web 
usable? 

Please let us know.

If you're specifically referring to the Noto Sans CJK fonts, note that the 
Version 1.002 update changed the license from Apache License, Version 2.0 to 
SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1.
