What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Type කීර්‍ණ  

2. See the attatched image

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Noto v .0.07 

Tested on Mac
Chrom Version 35.0.1916.153
Safari Version 7.0.5 (9537.77.4)
Indesing CS 6

Please provide any additional information below.

THis is a unicode level problem to my knowledge. Has been Documented in the 
attached pdf.

This is probably a Mac-specific issue. (The font works fine with HarfBuzz. See 
attached rendering.)

CC-ing Behdad and Nyshadh who have been doing some Mac OS testing recently.
