feature, trigger effects without input #10

A new feature to explicitly trigger effects with no inputs. see: #6

As suggested by @yogthos Do not trigger events but effects. https://github.com/domino-clj/domino/issues/6#issuecomment-554124965

Thanks, that looks good to me. Could you just switch pr to target the dev branch instead.

Oh, wait. Master was trillion commits ahead. I will close this PR and create a new one against dev.
