When uploading a vector layer it is necessary to put a version of the layer. For the staging schema is departmentname-of-the-datasetv0.0.1 which means the layer still in process and is not ready to be on Geoserver or Geonode. On the other hand, if the layer is ready to be on Geonode it should be moved to the public schema and the version goes from v0.0.1 to v1.0.0.
With Jefferson Durand from Dowasco we tried to see what happened and created a test layer. While using the "move to public DB schema" model we named the layer with the new version (v1.0.0) as you can see above:
And when we run the model it worked perfectly but without changing the version:
This can be solved manually by renaming the table.
We also had this issue with Lynn from PPD but in both cases get solved manually.
