By trying to publish a layer, the metadata information needs to be filled. One of the mandatory one is the follow one:
This field needs to be filled by the admin before publication.
This field needs to be filled by the admin from ICT or the editor of each department? none of them know how to fill it.
DOI (Digital object identifier) can be filled with any word but I can't find information about what kind of information should be more accurate.
