Since different types of data from different sources will be on MinIO, we need a good naming and indexing convention.

@ingenieroariel can you provide clarity on the naming convention you would like us to use, or can we start a logical naming convention as discussed in the meeting?

Naming convention received:

We suggest the following naming convention: Name: Layer name Resolution: eg. 1M Data Type: Vector: Line-Li, Point-Po, Polygon-Pol, Raster-Ras Version: V1, V2 or Date: (YYYYMMDD) Example : River_V1_Li or River _20240221_Li Example: Roseau_1M_V1_Ras or Roseau_1M_20240221_Ras

We need to update the filenames to reflect the current naming convention.
