Preserve existing and complete metadata #219

We need to preserve any metadata found within the current data.

Discussions with Lyn she mentioned that Dominica has a Metadata dictionary, but it is outdated. We can access it to extract important metadata fields.

We require a more detailed description of the required metadata field than that found in the metadata dictionary.
