BLOG on event handling between plots #14

I think it would be a good idea to explain event handling to someone new to the code base. I.e., ow do plots interact. Perhaps a BLOG would be a great way. In the BLOG you can also state what alternative routes you have pursued or thought about.

Interactivity is a key feature of Nyaplotjs - it is very important to expose that architecture.

I sent pull-req to sciruby.com repository and it was merged. Also I sent pull-req that fixes the post to specify SHA value of commits. https://github.com/SciRuby/sciruby.com/pull/23

What do you think I should write about in the next post? About test, I have not added any test code both in JavaScript and Ruby yet, so I think I do not have any material about that...
