Can not load elegans while using HTTPS #3

We are hosting an IPython notebook under https, thus we can no load from "http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/...". We downloaded D3 and THREE.js locally, but still can not get elegans.js to work.

Does your program load Three.js and d3.js through ssl? If not, replace http://pass.to.three.js.and.d3.js to https:// as: https://github.com/ecell/ecell4/commit/4ffbb98fa7b0b837e0dc11016dfbc3acbcf45e16
