Closes #14

RelaxedPropertyResolver was removed from Spring Boot 2 so I changed Jade4JAutoConfiguration to use Environment directly
EnvironmentTestUtils has been deprecated, so I've replaced it with TestPropertyValues in Jade4JAutoConfigurationTests
The package version has been updated to 2.0.4.RELEASE
Updated README and History.md
