Do not merge Contentful fields with properties #3

This ensures that all fields are actually accessible, no matter if they clash with existing system defined properties, e.g. content.

We could also do both, but that would b somewhat messy.

I agree. That would be a mess. Let's stick with your suggestion then. Maybe we can make the variable names more clear though. E.g. 

self.data['contentful_fields'] 
self.data["contentful_id"] 
self.data["contentful_locale"]

What do you think? (Reminder to self: Update Readme)
