0.4 new widget #37

Need to create widget for basic data_type.

Some are missing: like datatime

Weather and teleinfo could also been optimised

A widget than can display a chosen sensor and send a chosen command.

Like in domoweb.

All this need a lot of work in table feature_association or by creating a modified data_type in table feature.
