Encourage new devs #35

Hi, as you point out at #33 , you lack of time to develop the app and maintain tickets etc. This isn't something bad, but the usual progress in RL and FLOSS projects as well ;)

I suggest to ask for a fellow maintainer at the readme.md and open data mailinglists as well. Just write a few lines of what skills are requreed and if you would prefer an fork, or if you could give the accounts (playstore, fdroid, ...) away. A new dev might spend more time and new ideas, while you will get more time beside this nice project :)

Great idea! I added a note to the readme. I would like to find someone who is motivated. I am happy to add anyone as a contributor to this repo. I would also be happy to hand over the play store account after I am convinced that I have found the right person.

@Matthias84 would you be interested in helping out?
