Blinds are not function correct (only going down)

Describe the bug Blinds are not functioning good, only the blinds goes down. Can't be stopped or raised.

• the action gives a correct feedback by the app, also registered in the log of domoticz, but no action! (with dektop version it is functioning)

Initital setup with local ip it works, but if you change one thing like external IP or other things, the blinds doesnt work anymore.

delete app, reinstall initial setup, it works until you change something.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• click on one of the blinds (all blinds switches has this problem) switches on down, the blinds goes down (as expected)

• clik on stop, no reaction, only feedback and logged in domoticz (stop blinds.....)

• click on up, no reaction, only feedback and logged in domoticz (stop blinds.....)

• Actions not in log per switch visable.

• Initital setup with local ip works, but if you change one thing like external IP or other things, the blinds doesn't work anymore

• delete app, reinstall initial setup, it works until you change something.

This issue is also valid for my wifes phone (samsung) and app(0.2.358) and the older version.

Due to your remark from issue #700 about the Plan view i found that the commands for the blinds are also working in Plan view, not in de switches view.

Expected behavior The blinds should act as the buttons you press, like stop when pressing stop and Up when pressing Up.

Additional context while the nice weather started just recently i don't know when this problem is born, last year no problems.
