equipment card border not displayed when automatic command adding is enabled #37

26 added a tickbox in the equipement configuration page to decide whether or not info commands shall be automatically created or not. When activated, a border is supposed to be displayed around the equipment card in the jMQTT page.

It is displayed with the default theme, not with the darksobre one.

Same problem following implementation of #36 : the colour of the inclusion mode button is not changed with the darksobre theme whereas it is with the default one.
