So people can require the dev version easyily (with 0.3.x@dev) while still fulfilling the dompdf requirements.

I think the release I just made is enough for dompdf where the dependency is 0.3.x. What do you think ?

Yes but a branch alias is stil easier to test new changes, before a new tag.

I have no issues setting up a branch aliases for those who really want to test out the unreleased code.
