Adding a :sponge-mock: reaction to a message will activate sponge mock #5

Message should only be triggered once, even if the reaction is removed and added again.

Sponge mock should not mock itself

For persistence, sponge mock bot could add a reaction to the original post, so that the post is flagged as “mocked” to avoid duplication.
