Merge with krunner upstream code #15

Hi! Thanks for this nice krunner plugin, it works like a charm here and I'm curious why this isn't available in the normal, upstream version of krunner? Did you ever try to get it merged into the main code repo?

Hi! Glad you enjoy the plugin. No, so far I didn't try to get it merged into upstream, but I'm not opposed to trying it out. :) Do you by chance have any further knowledge on how that works?

No I don't have any further knowledge about that. I would guess that you'll have to create a login on the KDE Phabricator: https://phabricator.kde.org and the try to get in touch with one of the KRunner maintainers.

It seems to me it could easily fit in kdeplasma-addons/runners: https://phabricator.kde.org/source/kdeplasma-addons/browse/master/runners/

I'm a KDE and Plasma developer, if you need help to contribute it, I'll be happy to help.

Hi all, I'm sorry I didn't follow this topic for some time, I've been quite busy this year. But I'm still interested in getting the plugin into upstream and I hope to get around actually doing it at the end of the year or at the beginning of next year. @aleixpol Thanks for your offer, I'll write you an email :)
