Additional context Docs with examples are necessary. Attentioned should be paid to EN 1993-2 buckling, which is programmed afterwards

Just a quick comment... I would suggest changing the name of the module to ec3.platebuckling. I thinking buckling is too general of a term and buckling for beams and columns would fit better in a module designed for the verification of beam column elements. I haven't really looked at the plate buckling calcs in detail - maybe there are cross-overs. Perhaps we can take a look together and discuss.
