The lists of encounterable pokemon in hgss have some missing entries, such as Sandshrew not appearing in the Union Cave list and Togepi not appearing in the Violet City list.
To Reproduce
Start a Heart Gold Nuzlocke
Scroll down to Violet City
Click on Encounters
See error: Togepi isn't an encounterable pokemon despite being given its egg in Violet City
Expected behavior
There should be a list of every available pokemon in the area, and the pokemon you get for free is conspicuously absent.

If I had to guess, the encounter lists are ported straight over from the original gold and silver nuzlocke, and because of that it doesnt have any changes from the remakes included.
