Death Messages reset + Pokemon Team Selection

Describe the bug

1. Everytime I mark one of my Pokemon as dead and write a custom text, the text simply delets itself when i go to the grave a second time. Infact all the information I put relating to that Pokemons death are gone and I have to type them all out again, which is really annoying. 2. Sometimes the Pokemon Team switching just wont let me switch a sixth member of my team, e.g. I have a team of Pokemon and I lost one in Battle and I want to put a 6th member into my team from my box, it lets me submit a sixth team member, but doesnt update in the bar. Also very annoying

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior

1. I expected to go to the grave and see every information I put about that Pokemons death displayed. 2. I expected to instantly update the team bar at the top, when I submitted a sixth member
