Not a problem, but it would be nice to see the movesets of the ROM hacks on the key trainer/gym/elite four teams, especially the BW2 ones that use the Easy Mode, Normal Mode, and Challenge Mode features of those games to provide alternate Trainer rosters.
Some ROMs also change the types of Pokemon and moves. For example, Blaze Black 2 Redux/Volt White 2 Redux adds the fairy type to Pokemon and moves (e.g., Audino becomes Normal/Fairy, Charm goes from Normal to Fairy type, Cut becomes a Grass move and 60 base power).

Ideally, selecting a ROM hack would also pre-load the changes to Pokemon, types, moves, etc., that they document. For example, Blaze Black 2 Redux pokemon changes, and Full changes here.
Ideally, we would like to customise as much as we can about the Pokemon—e.g., the Pokeball used, current moves, and held items. If we cannot preload the ROM hack stuff, then giving us the tools to change it ourselves would be nice (e.g., let us add Wrap to Hugh's Snivy for the first BW 2 Redux rival fight when selecting challenge mode).
BW2 Rom hack Difficulty Keys handling would also be excellent.

I've been using https://nuzlocke-generator.herokuapp.com/ to do my nuzlockes of ROM hacks because they give that flexibility. That project does this customisation well but lacks the custom rom hacks stuff this app provides (especially around notable trainer checkpoints, e.g. the Hoenn gym leaders in BW 2 Redux).
I understand this is a mammoth request. It is the major thing that is preventing me from switching from nuzlocke-generator.herokuapp.com. Happy to discuss further!
