Update for Radical Red 4.1 #181

Hey there! Unsure if development is still going on this app, but I absolutely love using this but a lot of stuff is currently outdated for the RR rom.

Teams aren't updated for the general 4.0 update, as well as a few Seviian forms still missing:

Mainly:

Seviian Noibat
Seviian Noivern
Seviian Nymble
Seviian Lokix

Additionally noticed some actual missing pokemon, like Paldean Tauros, Paldean Tauros Aqua and Paldean Tauros Blaze

Oh also!

Lycanroc Midnight and Lycanroc Dusk aren't implemented in RR for some reason
