Change 24hour time #86

So, I've been messing around with the display-time-format option and it looks like spaceline displays the correct format but all-the-icons seems to supersede any change to the format string. I could be missing something too I'm just not sure what I should be changing.

Looks like those weren't taken into account at all when the time/date string was formatted. I created a PR that should fix this: https://github.com/domtronn/spaceline-all-the-icons.el/pull/88
