Issues with Olivetti mode #89

The modeline does not work correctly whenever Olivetti mode is enabled in a buffer. Notice the Git status segment dissapearing and the weirdly placed separator.

The issue seems to be when Slim is toggled on. With slim toggled off, the git segment returns.

After some more testing, it seems to be linum-mode (or changes to it, like activating git-gutter) that's causing it.

If I'm in slim mode and I enable for example Olivetti mode, the non-slim mode will work fine. If I activate Olivetti in non-slim mode, the slim mode will work fine.
