Munki 2: Add indeterminate progress icon for optional installs #308

When a user selects an item to install/remove from the Software tab, "Will be 
installed" appears, but it is unclear if there is anything else needed to 
trigger the install of that item. If you let it set on that screen for a few 
seconds, the install starts automatically, but an indeterminate progress icon 
be useful here. That would mimic the behavior of the Mac App Store. Otherwise 
it is unclear to the user what to do next.
