Publish on npm? #22

Is it possible to get this plugin published on npm? That would make it a lot easier to keep track of updates to the plugin. Thanks for the great plugin!

I have made one until official will be available https://www.npmjs.com/package/cordova-plugin-file-chooser-android I needed it because I am building Ionic2 apps via ionic cloud service which need all plugins available as npm package
