Sqlbox-like cdr logging. Not tested very well. #1

If you just want logging and no pushing via sqlbox, then this plugin is a nice alternative.

It is based on the sqlbox code. I left the sqlbox naming there, because the files are mainly unaltered. So it's easy to port. I leave to others to port the other sql backends, like oracle, postgres, etc. That shouldn't be too difficult. Please don't blame me if it doesn't work ;=).

Cool thanks! I am going to attempt to just re-arrange files, will make sure I don't break anything ;)
