The "fpdf_page_parser_new.cpp" will be used if defined _FPDFAPI_MINI_
otherwise the "fpdf_page_parser_old.cpp" will be used.

So, you should add "#ifndef _FPDFAPI_MINI_" to fpdf_page_parser_old.cpp
