Request for Network Comparison Test #2

Dear Donald,

Can you implement the Network Comparison Test for the GGMncv package? If you can, please include the permutation p-values for centralities, differences between weights, and for global centrality and absolute differences.

Working on it :-).

Note I will add a way to provide a function or list of functions, to compute whatever you want, over and above some defaults
