Osprey GUI on Windows Crashes #2

Repro steps:

  1. Download 2itx from PDB
  2. Import 2itx into Osprey GUI.
  3. Click "Prepare" -> "Filter" and remove waters.
  4. Click "Prepare" -> "Missing Atoms" and add all atoms.
  5. Click "Prepare" -> "Filter" and program crashes.
