Polish language addition #489

Here's my little contribution - polish translation.

Copied from the Ukrainian file and replaced all Ukrainian strings with polish equivalents.

Tested as far as a running instance, but not 100% with a brand new install etc.

Hi! Thanks for providing the Polish translation. Will merge this once we have the workflow to verify translations in #488 😄

Looks good! @donaldzou prepare this for a merger into 4.2? Or do you want it into main?
