Rolling while sliding #12

allow phi and theta to be decoupled -- or even go negative. Perhaps use another parameter, to which both are tied. Could lead not only to sliding, but spinning forwards or backwards.

Done -- but not that interesting. Maybe if the sliding were parameterized as a function of, say, loop number or some other coordinate.
